I dont think that it would hurt anything since the STi is running higher than that stock. But I dont know what the differences in fuel is between the two. 2psi more on high octane fuel should be safe. The manual will be a little quicker than the auto. But the auto will be much more consistant and easier to launch. Whenever you start modding, do not get an intake. Mostly no - low power gains.
