I had purchased a 1" ST rear sway bar for my 84 last year, it installed fine on that car it had a 7.5". Now that I am trying to fit it in my 81 with a 8.5" from an H/O only one side can be bolted at a time or if you use a jack only 3 bolts will go in but its a struggle. I checked on ST's website and they state that it will fit GNs as well and they too have the 8.5". Anyone had any similar problems or have any of you used this bar before? Thanks.
