I am having a hard time following this... Did I read it right that this is a virgin block that was bored .060 over?

The block has been machined and never ran . So yes it has 0 run time on it

Ok, so what is needed besides pistons cam, pushrods, lifters, etc? I see pics with the heads bare and with springs? Do they need to be completed and machined?
