Stage 2 motor assembly

Was wondering if the Federal Mogul rod bearing # 6-7120CH -10 have a upper and lower bearing because there is no marking on the rod bearing that tells me which are the upper and lower bearings?Also want to make sure that the piston valve relief are toward the top on the block and the Carrillo on center 6.5 rod bolt meaning the big rod bolt toward the block side rails or other word the stamped letter on the rods toward the rails right?
