Stage Right Trans Brake - Overrun Clutch Valve Assembly importance?

Hopefully someone has some insight as to the importance of pinning / removing the overrun clutch valve with a stage right transbrake installed.

If the overrun clutch valve assembly is still in place with a stage right trans brake installed, will this affect anything negatively? And if this MUST be pinned in place, can this valve be R&Red with the valve body still installed? Can it just be left out?

Well,

Don from Stage Right Transmissions says it needs to be in place and pinned in with the checkball as per the instructions on the site.

So more fun pulling the pan.

You just remove the ck ball from the vb and it will work.

I thought I was the only one who realized that.LOL.Then its just oil in and oil out without being regulated.
