This is the only stainless socket head cap screw kit I've ever seen that's designed for the GN. (Which explains why I now have a room full of fasteners since I had to build it myself)

They are complete right down to the exact size, length and washer size for a turbo Buick. All mounting bolts, water pump bolts, pulley bolts, O/S washers for the crank sensor, and tall studs for the alternator wiring.

$100 clams shipped. (probably should put the money towards a new camera!)

Sorry for being so scarce guys. I just got back in town and trying to get back on my personal list.

Earl, you have any timing covers modified for better flow????

Tony...

Tony, I don't have any right now. I've just been swamped with my engine build and install. The weather's finally let up and I hope to have my GN running this week.

what kind of stainless steel are these 316 etc??

They're mostly 18-8 which is in the 316 family. I wouldn't recommend them for long term salt water usage but for my needs they work just fine :). The remainders are mil spec 300 series.

are you selling kits? or is this just a one off you made up?

Kinda both. I wanted to do SS cap screws on my personal build and I had to buy 10 and 25 of some sizes when I only needed one or two. When it was all said and done and I got all the lengths right I ended up with a huge box of fasteners that I'll never use anytime soon.

I need to mark this thread, I keep loosing it. Hopefully will have the bucks soon. Do you take PayPal?

I would be in for a set with the pan bolts also. I do not run the trans line holder.

Charlie, how's $120 shipped sound? (and do you run that little goofy clamp that holds the trans lines?)
I'll be running new lines inside the frame Earl. I won't need the clamps. I've got to wait until I get paid again which will be in 2 weeks if that's all right.

That's fine man. They don't exactly rust away :)
You are running a 14bolt pan, right?

I've got 2 different blocks and one of them's a 20 bolt. The blow up block is first since it's a .060 over early block and when I blow it up I'll be switching to a 20 bolt 140 casting. That's the one that'll get all the good parts I've been saving up.;) BMS forged crank, billet mains, and a host of other hard parts so I can build one hell of a nice engine.:D

Damn. I could have sworn you were messing with a 4.1. I guess that's what I get for working on my car the last year instead of paying attention to the boards!! :D
