i have a set of stainless valves that came with my TA SE heads . I am looking for the min margin before you have to toss them and get new ones .

Used? If so, they go in the scrap pile, here.
New, I'd ask the machinist doing the valve job, set up.

lol I am the machinist doing the valve job .

well I guess no one knows . I do have have all the proper equipment to do valve jobs . It's not like I am just shooting from the hip with a grinder . Well thanks anyway guys

If it were me I would call TA and ask. There may be fine ,just to clean up.

Intake valves are a little more forgiving than exhaust. .050" margin or better.
Any less than .080" is pushing it on the exhaust, especially in a turbo application.

A heat barrier coating is a good idea.
Maybe others will have a different opinion. Idk, that's what I was taught (y)
