Stall Question

I have an all billet 200-4r with stage rite brake. and a precision vigilante 9" 3500 LU convertor.

I take the car to the track and launch off of the transbrake. It stalls up to 5100 rpm and the motor is at about 18psi of boost.

Is my convertor trashed or was I given the wrong information when I bought it???

Sounds ok to me. The stall rating is usually at zero boost/vacuum. If you have the heads, cam, intercooler, turbo and bottom end to support it then it should be an animal.
