stall size

I run a turbo 350 trans, i have a few stalls and dont know the sizes of them. I have one that i was told is a 3000 stall but its the same size is the stock stall like a 12-13" or something its big. Dont they only make 3000 stalls in like 9 and 10" or do they make them in stock size housings.

In most cases, converters rated at 3000 rpm are going to be on the order of a 10". BTW, the size designation refers to the turbine diameter inside the converter.

I have a 2000 stall that is smaller then the one that i was told was a 3000 stall. I might try it and see what happens. What are most stock one rated at 1200 or something.

Stock stall is like 1200-1500
