When I give the funwagon a little gas and let off quickly, the rpm's drop quick and the car stalls. I quickly put it in neutral and start the car up with no problems. What the hell is going on. Anyone else with this problem?

I just fixed that problem. Take the throttle body off and clean it. This includes taking the IAC out and base and spraying all the passages. Put it back together. Hook up T-Link and set TPS at idle to ~.42 volts. Look at the IAC after it warms up and it should be less than 20. When I started it was around 100. Screw the setting in 1/4 turn and turn car off. Restart car and check TPS. Reset to ~.42 if neccessary. Check IAC again. It should have dropped some. Repeat this over and over until you reach below 20 IAC and TPS of .42v. Then make sure WOT TPS hasn't changed. When I had this problem it would idle all day long but during driving it would die when coming to stops. We just had a good thread going on this so if you need more info look up "nailed that idle" or something like that thread.

If all else fails, there could be too much fuel in the "accelerator pump" in the chip program. Im going through the same thing with my R.A. chip. I asked for it though, cause I had a cough off idle that turned out to be a MAF problem. If you cant fix it call them at quad air. I'm sure they'll help out.

His IAC and TPS were bang on after I set them up about 2 months ago. We didn't have time to take out the IAC and actually clean it or the TB so that may need to be done. Did this happen all of a sudden Shaun?

Hey Clayton.
Throttlebody was cleaned out but the IAC was not. I will get this done soon. Just found this out today.
