Ok guys, my buddy and I are trying to start the new motor. When we set the cam sensor in with the window on the drivers side , are biggest volt reading is 4.95. From what we read it should be 7.5 or so. Any suggestions on why so little volts. The car wants to start but just won't. Also the timing mark seems to be right. 1.45 inches from the timing mark. Counterclockwise from the mark
