Stg II Port+Polishing Alum. Heads

On a turbocharged engine, does it make any differrence how the port walls are finished? It seems to me that the volume of the smooth port would be more than a little rougher wall finished port, and even more beneficial if the injectors are firing seq. 100% fuel at an open valve. I am making the ports on my GN1"s as smooth as I can after porting them. Any opinions or expert comments are welcome.

Turbocharging doesnt have alot to do with it Jeff, with fuel injection you can make it as smooth as you like.
