I got a moser 12 bolt brand new with everything in the world that you can do to one and added to it and I am asking 1200 for it and get insulted with 600 dollar offers. It is for a 93-02 4th gen f body and even on the ls boards and all I get bs offers. Then I see people wanting a grand for stock 20 year old buick crap here

i work for a place that has an account with moser.So i can get it for a good price if i have too and $2200 is not the price i get. I rather go with a 10 bolt because i rather save the money, but with some of these rediculous prices

I mean seriously that is crazy these rears arent worth that much. If they were such a big deal why arent the big companies making them? I say there only worth a couple hundred bucks more then a 10 bolt 7.5

$400 for a non-posi 8.5 from an 86 GN.... but I'm in Hawaii... $800 for a posi version and I include the correct driveshaft.

The demand is there, and unless you have the resources to find them you wind up buying from someone who does and pay them the premium for their labors.

I get guys here in Hawaii trying to lowball me all the time... they want the parts but think they can get them for nothing. Good luck as the market for these cars is getting tighter.

If you want one cheap you'll have to do some legwork and find a parts car, and part it out yourself. I have done this to net myself parts I need for well below market value... but time and labor arent cheap.

If you find me a complete parts car that runs for 2,500 i will sell you the rear end for $500. Anyone that parts these cars knows what parts are worth . These cars are great money makers if you have the time and the space to part them. Time is the biggest factor .thats why i offered mine with swar bar and control arms. If you want to come to ill I will give you the chassis with complete front suspension and 4 we4 rims .steering linkage is newer little rusty from weather has new ball joints and upper bushings. new brake hoses and all the brakes were replaced before i got car. say bring 1,200 not a dollar less and roll it home. you can sell the rims the frame and the and the front end parts.That would be like getting the rear end for $200.00 of maybe less . that is a steal. email me at hypo-6@juno.com if you are interested.

If its a turbo. look at rpo code in trunk g80 is posi . what year is it? if it is just a plain na v6 it is a 7 1/2 rear.dont know what code for 7 1/2 is. but they had posi rears in some of those cars also.
