I had a thread about this before but mistyped the ECM number. Asking $75 shipped, OBO. Got it with an 86 parts car I bought a long time ago. NO CHIP included. Thanks.

I've never tested it, my car is in pieces right now (semi restoration) so I can't even check it. I've had it for years. As my thread says, I got it with a parts car I bought. It was in the trunk, in a box with an assortment of ignition parts. I can't help but to assume it was kept by previous owner cause it was good.

can you check the connector and chip sockets for corrosion?

Is it a remanufactured unit, or "junkyard fresh"...?

Bob

Bob,

There is no corrosion on any of the pins, inside or out. This has been in my house do years. I got it with a parts car I bought way back. There are no chips, looks like its not originally from a GN but it is the correct serv number 1227148
Thanks
Tom

Original GM ECM # 1227148. No corrosion on any pins, perfect ECM to modify for a powerlogger instead of modifying your original. $50 shipped.
