I have a modified stock D5 2800 or 3000 stall converter.I have a TE-44 turbo.I was looking in to the Vigilante 9.5 3200 single disc converter.I also hear of the 9x11 and art car converters being very good. One thing i don't like about the stock converter is that i have to give it rpm from a stop to get the turbo spooling fast.I have heard with the Vig., alot of guys talking about after they changed from the 12 inch stock to a flash speed type converter. They say there turbo spooled instantly with instant throttle and hardly any lag at all from a dead stop and just flooring it without giving it any rpm's.I was wondering if some one can explain or has upgraded to a Vigilante,9x11,Art Carr 3200 stall for a Te-44 turbo and how different did the car run compared to the stock converter??
