stock trans cooler ?

I want to buy this aluminum rad off of my buddy, but the only problem is it dosn't have a trans cooler. I'am currently running a B@M ( 11"x8"x1-1/2") transcooler with my stock rad. Will I be all right if the B@M is the only trams cooler used?
