stock turbo to te44

I'm freshing up my engine and will be putting my te44 back on. The car ran 12.60 on pump gas with the stock turbo. How much, if any should it improve on pump gas with the 44?

from what i've seen you could get it inot the 11's reliably at around 24psi or so. good luck!
