It panic buying that in large part drives the prices up. Supply and demand. Short term panic buying is worse then any refinery going down. 3 weeks post Katrina, and prices are within a dime of being normal.

IMO, it pays nowadays to have a econo car at times.
Next week, I have to go on a 1,000 mile road trip, and I'll be in the left lane just chuckling as the SUVs, go roaring past, my pole and orange flag (mentioned in a humorous way).![]()
