Low miles on rebuild, billet drum with dual feed. What would cause these readings to be low in certain gears but not all? Also, could the pressure differences between being in OD vs D cause way different shifting characteristics between the two gears i.e. when in D and part throttle shifting, 1-2 and 2-3 are late and harsh like you have when the tv cable is very tight (it is currently set according to GM procedure). When in OD 1-2 is firm but 2-3 feels like a slight bind, and 3-4 happens around 50mph and is firm.

1500 rpm, NO tv

P 90-100
R 275
N 150
O 190
3 250
2 230
1 250

1500 rpm, Full tv

P 90
R 290
N 175
O 175
3 275
2 240
1 275

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Mike

Did this just happen or has it been like this since the rebuild? What was changed during the rebuild? You could have a stuck T.V. valve. The 2-3 binding is a common problem when going dual feed. There are ways around it. Talk to Chris at CK Performance. I'm sure he can give you some good advice.
