I am a maintenance electrician in manufactoring plant and I agree with you deezdad, when something like that happens its go time for us. The funny part is hearing the crazy half-ass reasons that management comes up with the next day for what happened. If you really want know talk to one of the workers, supervision is full of bad info most of the time.

I was thinking National Lampoon's Christmas with all the lights on the house.
Guess they tested the facility back in the fall and found issues. They didn't get them all sorted out it seems.
