I'm a fireman and work 10 days each month. So I have time to do something else. I was hauling Golf Carts for a while but fuel prices have cut me out. anybody else have a small partime business they run from home that is working? I have a few ideas but everthing is way to expensive to start. Not trying to steal anybody's idea or compete so if you live close don't post:smile: ....thanks

I do paintless dent repair on the side. You can easily make it full time if you want to chase hail. I have a family so I stay local and fix what gets hit here. Great thing about it is once you get the training and get your tools, there's virtualy zero overhead costs. You do a $1500 hail repair, you get $1500, unless you work in someone elses shop (dealer or body shop) then they'll take 10-15% typically. DO spend the time and money for good training and tools. If you buy a $200 kit with a video, you'll likely never figure it out. Takes a very patient person to get the hang of it, and a good amount of patience once you do get it. Also takes good eyesight. I can recommend a guy in southern MO for training if you are interested. He may even be in your area sometime.

Get into a trade,
couple friends of mine are 2/24 firefighters, they do residential carpentry on the side, good money in construction.
