Surface RT

Microsoft has a deal going on for the Surface RT. They are offering up to $350 for trade in if you trade your iPad. I am thinking about taking the plunge and trading in my iPad. But I am stuck on one thing. Will the Surface RT run the "Comp XFI" software? It has a USB port so that I can connect the XFI to it. Now I know that the Surface Pro will run it. So I guess the question is, will the RT model work or not? Who has experience with it? Any suggestions?

No, only tablets with the full windows 8. Windows RT is a different OS for non X86 processors.
Acer makes a 7 inch windows 8 tablet for less that 300.00 dollars.

That link was just an example. I bought one at Staples for 269.99. You just have to look around for a better price.
