Ok I haven't started my GN in a couple of months so today I decided to pop the hood and to my surprise there's a lot of surface rust on the turbo center /exhaust section, master cylinder, headers ect. I think once I run the car most of the rust will dissipate. Now for the stupid question, if the external bare steel part are rusting what about the engine internals ( cylinder walls,lifters, cam, timing chain and gears ect.) ? The oil in the car now is 10w-30 Mobil1 full synthetic, thanks for the help.
