I have a busted shock and bad tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings, idle arm on the drivers side,so I am going to replace everything all around the whole car. New bilstein shocks new tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings idle arm and whatever else. But my question is sense I'm going to replace all that, should I replace the coil springs as well.

You didn't mention anything about control arm bushings. If you are going to get that far into it you'll need to take the springs out anyway and you mine as well replace them. If not all those other parts can be replaced without lowering the lower control arm. I would replace it all if I was you, no sense in going 85% into it when you can do it all for another 15% effort.
