Very nice! How deep do they go in to activate the switch? Are they backlit?

They are a light depress, and have a halo lighting. You can choose the size, color and function (momentary/switched). I looked hard before finding these, I didn't want a Ricky Bobby look.

Buttons are probably too large to have more than two or three on an ashtray switch plate, but that does look good.
