Syclone on freeway

Just wondering if anyone knew whose syclone that was stuck on the freeway townbound just before the waipahu off-ramp at around 5:30 pm today. Just wondering what happened to it because no one was in it or near it either.

I saw the Syclone too. At about 3pm. I think one of the rims was the spare? Flat maybe?

I noticed that too, but I also noticed that it is still there as of 4:30 pm today as well!
