don't upgrade anything until you get what ya got to go!.....
.....you have a ME chip......you must spend some time at the track tuning....lean at launch, egt's in a comfort zone at WOT....easy to say, not so easy to do, but definitely doable!

if times are corrected to sea level, I have many in the 10.7 to 10.9 range (4- 11.0x passes in Las Vegas at 120+ last year
all correct to 10.8 or less) so your goals are realistic if you are willing to push it a bit......
the time in my sig is uncorrected, at 1300' and 70 deg air
