This is a 70mm F1 turbine (s trim) ball bearing turbo. 4 inch polished compressor cover, 2 1/2' outlet.

.85 hot side has been JetHot 2000 degree coated - ported wastegate hole to fit my THDP.

Attached is a heavy duty wastegate actuator.

I had this turbo on my car for less than 100 miles when I was offered a smoking deal on a brand new billet turbo. Otherwise I would keep this turbo.

With my 249" stoker and 3400 9" this turbo was an INSTANTANEOUS tire killer! Seriously, a beast.

To order this turbo new with the options listed and have it shipped to you would cost near $1650

I will ship free continental US and eat Paypal costs. Price $1300

this turbo is also known as CPT-70-S-BB-.85 with 4" cover

Possibly 2 years old? Almost no miles or run time it. I bought it from a forum member in October of 2010.

It was purchased from me . Not sure what year it was made , but I got it in the summer of 2010 with 0 run time .

Its a 7068. I owned it for about 6 months prior to whitettytpe89. I never got a chance to run it. Its the low back pressure large F1 ex wheel and will run bottom 9's with the correct combo. It comes the same way if you order it today minus the high temp coating. Thats the cheapest you will ever find a turbo that will support that much power and its almost new

Thanks for the replies. This really is a great turbo and looks really nice on the engine. It spools as quickly as my stocker did. I probably should have just kept this turbo bolted on.

Lots of people on the fence for some reason. Guys this is a BAD A-- turbo.

What is the PTE equal? I assume the compressor is a cast wheel. Is the F1 a billet exhaust wheel?

The Precision equivalent is a PT7068 S cover. The H cover has been 9.0 in TSM. Realistically its a 9.50 turbo on a hard core street strip car that can be driven thousands of miles. All exhaust wheels are are a tungsten alloy. The T netics (F1) and Precision (HPQ) wheels are the same wheel. They are all T-netics wheels and are spin offs of the Garrett GT wheels. The GTQ aka 80 trim is the Garrett version which the 68 trim F1 t-neitcs/ HPQ Precision ex wheel was based off of. There is a slight difference in the length of the blade. Its very minimal and likely only done so that the wheel was not in violation of any patents. The blades even have the same sweep and count. I have not seen a documented case where either was better or worse than the other. You rarely see the GTQ mentioned with Buicks anymore since the 2 largest suppliers of Turbos (Precision/T-netics) use the T-netics wheel. I would not be surprised if Precision has their own replacements for the T-netics wheels in the next year or so.
