I know that the GN's seem to be holding their value and even appreciating. How about T's and WE4's? Just wondering cause if I get something decent and decide later to sell I want to be able to at least brake even or hopefully get more say in a few years. Its not an investment really just don't want to put a lot of $$ into something and then find out its worth even less than when I started. I think right now thats what's keeping me away from newer(93-97 are im my price range)Camaros and Stangs you buy one mod it up a little then 3 years later cant even get what you originaly paid cause they are still depreciating.

T's and WE4's like GN's go up in value drastically when you remove the add on performance mods. and return them to all stock appearance.

Then you sell all the aftermarket stuff used in the parts for sale.

Doesn't matter what you buy if you mod. it the value goes down a lot over a stock unaltered car.

Unless of course you build a car that someone else would have built just like it and wants it bad enough.

Just my .02, I like my WE4 as much as the GN.

I was just wondering. Form the sounds of it the one im looking at is lightly modded, not stock but nothing too bad either. Better fuel system, bigger injectors, different turbo(i think),a chip, bigger intercooler, but thats about it and I think the guy wants to put the stock cooler back on and keep the bigger one to sell and thats ok with me since he is lowering the price in accordance.

Hey Chris,
Lots of info here www.buickwe4.com about WE4's. Generally GN's tend to take a little higher price because people dont know what a WE4 is, even though there were 20,000 GN's made and 1547 WE4's made in 1987. The difference in price isnt much though. GN's are just more well known. People still tell me I have a nice Grand National wherever I go, sometimes they even call it an "International" Look forward to meeting you next weekend, and good luck in your search.

Nick

Saw one(GN) at the mall and some guy called it a jiffy lube car LOL! Look forward to this weekend I can't wait to see the car.
