TA-66 P trim turbo(TE-45a with TA cover)--stock appearing 10 second turbo(

I have a TA-66 P trim turbo that I would like to sell. The turbo is fresh and has not been run or bolted on. You can get the turbo with either a Garret .82 housing or a Precision .63 housing because I have both for it. This turbo will run deep in the 10's with the right combo and look stock doing it! It does not come with an actuator. $695 plus shipping and paypal fees.

When you say fresh does this mean rebuilt? If so did Limit Engineering do the rebuild?

The turbo is a fresh rebuild from Limit Engineering. I forgot to mention it originally but the turbo does come with a 3.5" billet inlet bell also.
