Nice of you Tim to not leave us Hawaii guys out. Nobody fully understands the struggle unless you’ve lived here for any length of time, like you used to. I still get people who refuse to ship out here even for the smallest of stuff.. Good luck with the sale, looks like a great deal for someone.
