Tach and Boost Gauge gone crazy

My Tach and Boost gauge are going crazy. When I have the ignition turned on, tach bar pegs to right, boost bar displays. When i start motor, tach stays the same, boost display goes up and down with accelerator. I have a new map sensor, have replaced complete dash cluster,I have checked all connections from map to dash with ohm meter. I had same problem with old dash cluster. I would like to hear any suggestions or if someone can provide info on who to contact about this.

Contact Caspers, I seen on their Web site that they are now doing a fix for the tach.

Get some real gauges and ignore those factory POS gauges.
