Tail lights smoked

I have a set of smoke tail lights. One of the clear lenses didn't came out right 75.00 shipped

I'm very interested, but what exactly is wrong with the clear lens that did not turn out correctly? They both look great in the two pics above.

if you look at the first pic the light on the bottom it made a reaction when it was sprayed
