Hi guys,I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.
I'm getting a tapping and buzzing sound from my tranny only when while it is in gear.stopped and moving.Drive and reverse.
It sounds to be coming from the front pump,or possibly converter.
It shifts perfect,fluid was clean,but changed that with the filter,and same thing.
in park,and nuetrel,no noises what so ever.driving the car with my scan tool,and my knock sens is going bezerk,pulling as much as 40 deg timing,under part throttle.
The tranny was built 2 years ago,and has around 2000kms,the converter is an art carr 9" and is around 1 year old
I'm going to pull the tranny out this weekend,anyone have any past experience with this problem?
