Alright guys...after countless searches....I cant come up with a somewhat clear-cut target AFR reading I should look for on the Powrlogger through my LM-1 WB....

I am chasing some knock in my new setup...and I cat nail down whether its rich knock, timing, false, or what....I seem to be getting conflicting readings between the WB and NB o2s....WB says 11.9-12.0, and the NB says .847....? Problem is, the WB is used, and this is the first time I've run one, so I'm #1 not sure if it works correctly, and #2, not sure what the reading should be?? ...or maybe the E85 has fouled the denso NB??

Here is the setup:
4.1 production block
ported GN1s
champion intake
reds double pump
120lb injectors
LT1 MAF
and a queer little hot air turbo.......yes, you read that right.....HOT AIR.

any input is appreciated!!!!! ---Keith

How old are the o2 sensors? Have they ever seen race gas? Did you do free air calibration on the wide and?

Not even 500 miles on the Denso....E-85 only....unknown mileage on the Bosch wb. Bought it used on the board. I did do a free air calibration....

Where do you have the wideband 02 sensor mounted? 18-36" from the turbo optimal

Ok that should be good there. I would trust a wideband over narrow band.

Normally I would as well....however it seems that most things point to it running rich. The KR I get seems to be intermittent...doesn't happen every time. Happens on spool up sometimes in 1st and 2nd gear....but not every time. Ramps up to .9 to as high as 1.9 then goes right away....I don't feel the car bog down or lose power like its pulling timing. but it definitely seems to come alive at the top of the gears....cant explain it. Idle BLM is planted at 118. exhaust smells rich at idle as well. Here is another log I did the same day....rolled slowly into it on the interstate....making sure it didn't downshift.....

I'm gonna try recalibrating the wb again....then I'll grab a new nb sensor and see how it goes I guess. I should have no problem getting to 20 psi with this setup on E85....just gotta get it dialed in....

BTW... ANYMORE INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!:D:D

Do you also have the proper gauge hooked to the LM-1 controller?

I have the LM-1 controller inside the car, and the analog output wired to the powerlogger....no actual gauge.

Your narrow band appears to be ok. Something is weird with the lm-1. What output are you using? Analog 1 or 2?

RL

There seems to be only one analog output...according to bob bailey, it is only a 1 wire connection...

I'll verify which wire is which. I have the red wire connected right now. Which output SHOULD I be using...1 or 2??

The directions are a little unclear but I want to say output 2 is 0-5v. That's the one you want. Verify with the lm programmer software.

Analog 2 graph should look like this.

As it turns out...I had the analog 1 hooked up. Switched it to analog 2, but haven't had a chance to test it...(apparently i left the controller turned on last time i drove it and now have a dead 9v battery  )
