That's ok, man. Don't let it get you down. I left Texas at 19 (joined the service in 72) and just moved back in May of this year. I've taken a lot of kidding from being from Texas over the years. People know we have something special down here and are jealous. They just pick and try to get us to loose it over their evny of our love for and dedication to our state.

I think you did the right thing and bowed out before it got (too)ugly. I don't post at all in these cases, my temper can get the best of me too fast.

Hang in there brother, the Eyes of Texas are upon you!.
