TCC problem?

200-4r [kzf] in my Elcamino If I drive it and it goes into lock up it doesn't seem to unlock even if the power is disconnected from the tcc while driving, but if I park the car for a half hour or so and then drive it tcc still disconnected it seems ok. plug it back in it locks up kinda stack shifts, but wont unlock seems to stay locked until 2mph almost stalls engine. HELP!!

You have a bad TCC solenoid in the trans. They are cheap and easy to replace.
