TCC solenoid part number (8634960)

I just did the troubleshooting guide from Mr Wood's Vortex performance and I need to replace my TCC solenoid. A search of the site turned up a few part numbers. I know the GM 8639900 is discontinued, but I found the GM 8634960 (for the 86 monte carlo) for 50$. I looked at pictures of each solenoid and it seems the 9900 has three wires and the 4960 only has two. Has anybody used the 8634960?

I think you will find most replacements will be the two-wire system.

I have a brand new, never installed aftermarket TCC on my shelf. It is a two-wire system with an additional ground strap (?) and mounting studs included.

I paid $50 for it. If you want it, $50 + the freight.
