TE 54 turbo and actuator

I havea te54 turbo precision 63 housing for sale, have had the turbo for a while. had the turbo cheked out about 1 1/2 years ago, only run short time after that, went with the 68 turbo....just been sitting. has no play in and out but little up and down. 450.00 shiping and paypal fees extra.
