Do you mean, How do I modify my Wastegate accuator bracket to have it fit on my new turbo.

yes. are there any blue prints for a bracket or can i just rig it up to work right?

Just have to make it work. Drill holes, cut, find another mounting plate....what ever it takes. I guess you bought a used turbo with no accuator. Sucks. I've never had a 44 turbo, so just keep ideas flowing for a creative way to mount accuatator.

no i bought it new from aggresive and it hasnt got here yet but i didnt buy it with a new actuator

Do you have an adjustable accuator? Heavy duty unit? Is it mounted on a plate?

Just take out one of the six compressor cover bolts, and figure out a way to mount your existing unit, using that hole/bolt.

I can help.

I had the same problem bought a turbo from a board member(te-44 fast eddie:mad: ) no waste gate included. Call poston buick 18006359781 ask for Tony. Tell him you need a the bracket to make a stock waste gate mount on a t-44, it's about 15 bucks I think. When you get it you will need to drill one small hole to mount the waste gate to the bracket. then you can mount the waste gate and bracket to the turbo will look totally stock. Hope this helps you.

waste gate bracket

Drill a hole in the bracket of the waste so that the pins in the bracket line up.

bract

Once you see the bracket you will understand. it's like the hole didnt line up just right so I had to drill a hole through the waste gate bracket so it would line up. Not hard at all took about thirty minutes and once it's done I think two screws will hold it on then you mount the whole thing to the turbo. you don't have to remove turbo.

I had the same problem with my 44-
what you need to do is either braze that bracket to you wastegate to make it work or.... just make it happen tonight to try it out for the weekend-

use a few LARGER washers to clamp down the wastegate to the silver side of the turbo/ compressor side-

i know it sounds like you may be rigging it, but think of it as stepping up the washers from 1/4 to 3/8 to 1/2 and that would give you a large washer big enough to clamp the edge of the wastegate that has TOO SMALL of a bolt pattern-

dont forget to purchase a longer bolt to make up for the thickness of the new washers-

ive ran up to 33PSI, no problems!
