I was finishing up the install tonight and when it got time to hook up the rubber coupling to the intercooler off the compressor side of the turbo, the coupling would not fit. Its the stock intercooler for right now untill I can get some more cash to get a front mount. What appears to be the problem is that the Ic is sitting a little higer than the turbo. The IC is bolted down to the stock location, so it looks like the inlet on the turbo is clocked down-ward. Is there any way to rotate the compressor side of the turbo with out having to take the whole turbo apart?

yes, it can be clocked for a better fit, it's the 6 housing bolts. I'd spray them with penetrating oil prior to trying to loosen them, if it's not a new turbo.

The turbo is already mounted to the header and the down pipe, am I gonna have to take the turbo off again to re-clock it?

You should just loosen the bolts that hold the Compressor Cover slighty, and that should allow you to rotate the cover for better alignment to the intercooler.
