I will like to know the sweet spot on a te63 and where it make the most power and boost thanks for the help

I don't have a map to look at but it seems to really make a lot of power between 2.5 and 3:1 pressure ratio and around 70-75lbs/min. So it will support 700-750hp. You will need really good flowing heads with the correct fast ramp cam to get that much out if it. About 300hp more than you made with your old combo.

UH?? IS that 2.5-3.0 bar? That would be 30-35psi I think If Im adding it right in my head :)

At sea level around 25-30psi with zero inlet restriction.

right now its only at 20 and still made 400+ to the wheel if I crank it up how much more do she got in her

It can support enough to run mid 10's on an unopened engine but you would be running boost in the 30's.

I think when I got my car dyno tuned he stop the boost at 20 psi because I got the standard wastegate actuator do I need the high boost one

It would be a challenge and probably happen with boost in the high 20's. Your converter will eat up a lot of power the more you start cranking it to make enough power to go 120mph. It will take a good tune and a hard launch with a lot more tire.

What do you think about the new 6262 billet turbo non bb will that get me there and I have a 275/60/15 mt too I ride around on the 16 so even when I lock the vigilante it won't work

you can get the converter to couple it can. GN4U2C went 10.5x on an unopened engine with one. The 62 billet might be better at the high boost level you need to make the power needed to run that fast but i doubt you will see much over the 6376 on 93/alky boost/timing. If you plan on running 116 or better fuel and really running it hard there may be some power there but the turbo is not the weak link in your combo. You need heads and converter. Heads and converter will make 10.50 power on 23-24psi with conservative timing.
