Terminology ?

Am looking for the correct names for a radio with the main unit remote from the tuner face.
I'm out of space behind the dash.
Need to have the face as a single DIN on the dash with a cable connection to the trunk.
NE1 have the correct "lingo"??
NE1 know of a decent unit that won't break the bank?

I had that unit suggested by one of the tri 5 guys. Looks like it would do the job.
Another suggested this one.

However, a friend said his was junk and that I should look for a better q from a US seller.
So far, all I've found is more AU sellers or direct from HO Chi Min.
I'll call Gary @ Cartunz. He's an hr or so from my hootch.
