TH350 missing bolt?

Need some help. Took my trans out to clean it up, change the seals and gaskets and noticed what I think is a missing bolt. This seems fairly obvious but I just read that the valve body is held on with 17 bolts which is what is there now. Can someone clear this up for me? Is there supposed to be a bolt here where I circled?

some holes are exhaust.look into the hole for threads or remove 1 vbody bolt and try to thread it into the hole.

Thanks Chris718. I got one in there, I had to loosen all the other bolts to get the threads to catch in that hole. the valve body or the spacer was probably a little out of whack. Thanks again.
