I was thinking about bringing my Buick to Bowling Green in May 08, how does tha girls feel about a man in a niceGN , do they act like girls like a race track for a bigger venue or they're pretty much laid back

BG is good fun. Meeting up with people from before and meeting new people as well.
Seeing a ton of TRs in one place is awesome. The racing is great. The class drama and politics is a bit boring but it's still good fun.

It's more fun if you bring some cash so you can grab the great deals all the vendors offer.

Sounds like you had better plan on driving straight through to Vegas. You can't miss there. And if you pay them enough, they will still love you even if you are driving a Nash Metropolitan.

Mustang Event such as at the Mustang Ranch, say, that's in Nevada, too. Rent an escort, not an Escort car, either.

Bowling Green is nothing like a Mustang event or an Import race. There are no scantily clad women or droves of teenie bopers looking for the guys with the biggest fart can. Its more of a family event- get together.

You need to understand that us owners on this board treat our cars like a child. We own them and keep them up for the love of them. It would be cheaper to go faster with something else, or pick up women with. Our group of people get together to share the love of a cult, not to show off. If you just look at it as family reunion then you will see its about the time to share. If you are new to the buick community then you don't know that we are NOT like the rest of them. If you own a mustang and run into another, then most likely one will feel his is faster or better. We get past that kind of juvenile behavior. Not trying to talk ****, just saying that you will not find what your looking for in BG.

If you want to cruise around and pick up 18 year old girls by yourself an import that sounds like a wet fart when it drives away. I wasnt too big on the KY strippers myself. Some of them didnt have a full set of teeth . That and the fact that smoking is legal in bars/restaurants makes for a $hitty experience. I just cant take the smoke. Guess in CT we are spoiled in that regard.

I don't think average ladies understand the "GN thing" I think they think they are shiny regals, and if you run an open dump they think it's a got a rotten muffler. Better off getting bag deep in debt with a new Beemer or Mercedes if you want status with the chicks. Cruise Western KY University while your in town, lots of chicks walkin from class to class, I know I use to do that when I was in school during the Buick event years ago. Every 15 minutes after the top of the hour is between classes...ex. 2:00 to 2:15 primetime! Again, you'll be competing with kappa delta ding dong chapter president Chaswick Bellington in his shiny new Beemer, Mercedes, New Stang(stock of course) and the like,but get them out on Scottsville road though and you'll embarass the sh*t out of him and his d*ck head frat brothers in your "old man Regal" haha
