I've seen this before, it was just an artists version of the Trans Am and GM has no intentions of doing a TA. If GM did it, it would be based on the "Best Selling" Trans Am which had the bird and shaker, they produced over 100k Trans Ams per year..not including Firebirds and Formulas..in the last years of the 70's. It would not be based on the 69 TA.

I did have that same pic but in black, but can't find it now...

And whats wrong with that bird on the hood??

Funny thing...

This Photoshop morphing of a T/A into a Buick has me chuckling because on Friday, a 16/17-year old kid looked at my GN & asked me if it was a Trans Am.

There was also a guy in his 40's admiring the GN but had no earthly idea what it was. He figured I added the wheels (they're stockers) and that the car must have a 350 in it. Hard to believe that these cars aren't even on some folks radar any longer.
