Congrats Tim!

The Team Banana vs KevinB grudge match ended in a 1 to 1 tie. I got the first race thanks to a good light and Tim's car cutting out right before the finish line. The second race belonged to Tim. I crossed the line first, but had a -.001 light:redface: Tim out ET'd me (9.54 to 9.67), but cut a .135 light.

The night was cut short because I lost oil pressure on that run. Don't know why yet, but probably a cracked block or cam bearing. This block has had the chit kicked out of it by me since '98:eek: It was due lol. Good news is that the rotating assembly and cam are probably not hurt too bad.

I was shooting for a 9.7X tonight. Never did get the 9.7X, but skipped to the 9.6's:biggrin:  Finally getting my combo working. There's more left in it...but I'm probably done for the year. My goal is 9.5' for BG:smile:

Kevin,
Congrats to you and team Banana on the new times, sounds like I should have stayed longer... Sorry to hear about your oil pressure problem. Don't know if it would help you or not, but I have a 109 block that has a cracked water jacket (bottom edge) that I would be willing to donate to you. It would probably work fine if you Hard Block it.

Robert

Thanks Robert! Your car looked good going down the track yesterday.

I'll remember that offer if I need a block. Thanks again!

Ronnie/Chit Talker 9.26 is not a low 20 it is a mid. Someone must not be to good at math.
See ya, Kip

I can not believe we ran what we did this weekend. I am going to follow some one else’s example and not say a word about what we ran at a non TSM event.

I am very proud of Toni and the way she handled her car.

That number is crazy Sam! Congrats big time! I know you guys have had your ups and downs this year, but Friday's number probably erases all the downs. I know it would for me lol.

Congrats Toni and Sam. Looks like you had a great weekend.

We had a great weekend at Cecil County and it got real interesting 10 minutes before we all left.

Ill just say physical violence is no way to end a great weekend of racing.

Kevin,
I have always had a huge level of respect the people that race TSM. After this year that level of respect has increased even more.
