She still looks beautiful even though her rear is getting soft and crusty. It no longer has the turbo six in it and I have no idea why the bumper and bezels are off. It's so dirty, I wanted to wash it right there. I kept that car spotless at all times. It even has the same tires on it I put on 10 yrs ago. I'd love to get it and do a frame off on it. Turbonut85 even has the year correct engine and trans for it!

these pics were taken today. I haven't seen it since the day I gave it away for a mere 1000 bucks.

This was the wheel I had on it. 16x9.5 255/50r16 bfg comp on the rear and 16x8 on the front with 245/50r16 (same tire front and rear). Laid down 1587 in cash for the setup. Funny they don't list a 16 inch wheel for this style on the site anymore.

Looks like it was a pretty damn sharp car, love the color combo. Those wheels used to be made by a different company, then billet specialties bought them out. I bought a set for my wagon, though they were the old brand name of the same wheel. I think they were weld wheels. Speaking of the one that got away, here's my old wagon with said wheels. Dad won't sell it back to me.

That sucks. Its hard to have more than one project going at one time and be able to afford them.I have been tring to build three cars for along time now and Im giving up on all but the limited.Imagine being in Prasads shoes. I wouldnt know where to start:biggrin: $1000 ? You gave that car away. Thats a bad azz body style. I like the colors .

Was that a black interior or dark gray? I would love to find the black dash and gauge surround.

Good looking Buick, and Bob I love the wagon! Hate selling cars, I almost always regret it. That is why I still have my first two vehicles I ever owned, sitting at dads back in KS. 69 Dodge shortbed truck and 70 Ford Torino. Truck is sitting outside, but Torino is in dads shop waiting for me to drag it here to CA. I wish I had more room, I love buying and fixing cars... just hate parting with them.

It has black interior. The car was pimp sh!t back in the day.

And yes, those were weld wheels. When I ordered them they were actually supposed to be weld wheels but when they showed up they were billet specialties.

It needs a frame, rear bumper and rear fillers. Other than that it's a very solid car and would be an easy one to restore. I would love to have it sitting next to the we4. Its a sweet cruiser:cool:

I wasn't about to start popping the hood on someone else's car. That's just crazy son!

It was mine. I haven't seen it for 10 yrs. I thought it would have been trashed by now

Good looking car. Now you've got me thinking about the ones I gave away over the years. :(

My dad bought a 79 regal sport coupe turbo new in 79. Black/Silver with black int.
I was 9. I remember him driving us around and showing us the boost lights on the dash. I always liked those dashes the best. I ended up with the car when I was 17 and totaled it about 6 months later..

I might ask one more time. I won't have the money for about another year though. Still got one to finish. If I did get it back I would just cruise it. I don't think I would do a whole lot of mods to it.

Thats exactly the same paint scheme my car on it before it got repainted the only diff would be lack of lower chrome and mine has turbines other than interior color twins small world. Mike
