Is getting those damned sealing washers out when you have the counterbore filled with the right stuff.:mad::mad::tongue:

It's just about an all day job and a few broken picks.

Can you spray some 2+2 to breakdown the Right stuff a little?

Right Stuff

Is some nice stuff. I wonder what would happen if you added a little direct heat to the process?

Same issue for me when I removed my oil pan on a girdled motor...had sealed the cork gasket on both sides with the Right Stuff...it's a fantastic sealer but getting the parts off is a major PITA...I had to slowly chip away at the gasket so I could get something in between the girdle and pan to pry it loose...ending up tweaking the pan rail a little...thought I had straightened it out but I guess not as I've had a small oil leak for awhile now...never had a drip before...
