Theft Deterrent System Problem

The security light flashes when I turn off the key. When I hit the power locks the light goes solid. So far so good right? But when I close the door the security light stays on. When I turn the key in the doors the security light will start to flash. So the lock switches must be working, and the door pin switch shuts the interior lights out. I've looked over the wiring diagram (see attached) but can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions?

I just went through this myself. The bodyshop did not connect the switches in the doors...reconnected and back in business.Hope this helps

Well I wondered that as I think it started after I had my car painted. But the switched seem to be working somewhat as when I turn the key in the lock th light will start to flash again?
